There isn’t a story behind it, at least not one that I know….. It’s just a gaudy 1950’s – 60’s mirror. It’s SO me! I couldn't imagine not owning it!

Hmmm.... kinda cool. W/ the mirror in the back shouldn't it be called a reflection box - as opposed to a shadow box? :) Sorry - that was lame ...but it is EARLY in the morning & I 'm just getting started! :)

I love this mirror! My great grandmother used to have one in her dining room/kitchen where she kept little things people brought her from all over the world, also had a a jar where she kept her money from playing cards and when it got full we'd go to the wharf and get some calamari!
